When acting as a Buyers Agent, he is working in your best interest throughout the purchasing process for homes on Squam Lake, Lake Winnipesaukee, or other types of real estate in the Lakes Region.

Ed is a native of Meredith, NH and is very familiar with all of the surrounding towns and the finer points pertaining to various lakes. He can evaluate the properties of interest and if needed, he will be there after your purchase to help you "connect to the right contractors" for any type of future renovations.

Ed also loves taking photographs and throughout the site you'll see some of his (and other's) pictures of the area's beautiful scenery to give you a better feel for life in the Lakes Region. He's also happy to visit properties and take custom photos for you if you want a closer look but aren't ready to visit.
